I guess I got a really short lifetime because 2 days after my 3rd St Repairs Never Again post they closed 3rd St. Traffic downtown is a mess and all the police are doing is adding to the traffic by driving around in their SUVs, with tinted black windows, and pretty much ignoring the traffic.
