They put down an asphalt slurry on that side of the street this morning. I guess the owner didn't get the word. The poster sign just in front of the car is giving the warning not to park on that side of the street today.
I don't even think the owner is anywhere in Laguna Beach. That car has been parked there for several days if not weeks.
And no citation whatever?????
Good work city.
I guess this qualifies as a You Suck At Parking.
Question for you grammar experts. Is it a or an if it precedes a word starting with Y?
The sound of a word's first letter determines which to use. If the word starts with a vowel sound, you should use "an". If it starts with a consonant sound(That's all the other letters than A,E,I,O,U), you should use "a".
