This Cannot Be Correct?

When I clicked on a new link for Uptown Laguna Beach called The HIP District I ended up at:

What exactly is going on? As you can see there is a link in there for the HIP district but the WEB page doesn't show properly and therefore no link.

Weird.

Doesn't anybody check this stuff or is the WEB site designed by the same clowns that did the Obama Care web site?
