This Is A Job For Our City Manager

Laguna Beach: Manual LaborStill no resolution on the Noise Complaint.

To keep the job on some sort of schedule they have been manually pounding the beams into place.

I'll have more to say tomorrow if the construction is still shut down.

I Repeat: This is a job for our City Manager!

    Useless? why pay someone that is useless so much money?

    but, luckily, we the taxpayers, have complete transparency on our money being spent (almost)
