Not the low tide but the lovie-dovie that was reported.LAGUNA BEACH – A caller asked deputies to check for a couple in their 40s who might have been having intercourse in public's view, adding that the woman's breasts were exposed. The call was reported at 6:10 p.m. on Friday on the 200 block North Coast Highway.
