The old KFC store will now be a one-of-a-kind burger joint. Looking at the computer drawings up on the Register site I'd say it's going to be a VERY expensive burger.Here's the story at the OC Register.

I did not know about Urbun burger going in but, I did know about Umami which I heard from one of my employees at Carpet Cleaning Orange County that there the best! But as you said they are very expensive! We will just have to see. I love a good burger so I will try both and see which one is better for sure. Umami is suppose to open anyway now I have heard. There in boat canyon I believe?
