California Gets Tough - Don't Pay The Day Use Fee Gets You Deported
Sixteen people traveled by boat from Mexico and landed in Crystal Cove in front of the newly opened El Moro campgrounds.
Eleven were arrested. The others are still free.
We think they were arrested because they were trying to avoid the $15 day use fee required to use the park.
The story in the OC Register.

Is Laguna Putting On A Show The Forth?
In today's LA Times in the Calendar section on page D13 they list all the fireworks shows in the region. Laguna Hills is on the list. Laguna Niguel is on the list. Newport Beach is on the list. Dana Point is on the list. Aliso Viejo IS on the list.
Laguna Beach is not on the list.
Is this an error or does the LA Times know something we don't?
