1936 Era Building At Thalia And PCH For Sale

It looks like a mini-Heisler Building. Could it be the same original owner and architect? OC Register says it was built in 1936.

Turn Off The Lights I'm Trying To Sleep

First it was the noise now it's the lights. I guess living in a small city is to much for them.

Laguna Beach is now studying ways to dim the lights. Good luck to them.
