Save Main Beach?

Laguna Beach: Main Beach BoardwalkSave Main Beach? Where are they now that we REALLY need them? Maybe they need to be replaced with an organization that will take seriously the responsibility of caring for Main Beach.

Any ideas?

    have you seen the lifeguard headquarters? have you seen other departments' headquarters? they need it
