The County Library put in a fence to protect the plants and the drip irrigation system they had installed. The city got many complaints and it was decided to have the fence removed.
When I took the photo with the fence I wasn't aware that a campaign was already moving toward getting the fence removed and I was photographing the front entrance because it is being replaced. I included the fence in the photo as an after thought. The next DAY the fence is gone. Only in Laguna.
Is many complaints more than one or does one complaint qualify as many?
Besides the church you have the library that will reopen December 14 and the 3rd Street steps due to reopen sometime this month. What's next?
Did you notice that between high tide in the morning and low tide just before sunset is a difference of almost 9 feet?

APPEAL OF DENIAL OF VARIANCE 7637 AND DESIGN REVIEW 09-181 AT 943 TEMPLE HILLS DRIVE Proposal to modify a previously approved wall in the front yard by installing a ceramic tile panel on top of the wall.This is the same home where they installed a mail box directly in the center of the sidewalk. The city had to tell them to remove it.
Recommendation: Deny the appeal and sustain the denial of Variance 7637 and Design Review 09-181 at 943 Temple Hills Drive. (Design Review Board)
