Where Have All The BMWs Gone?

Never seen this parking lot empty. Never. Until now. So why is it empty? LagunaBeat believes it's because ZINC isn't open. So all them BMWs and other exotic cars have no reason to be downtown fighting for a primo parking space next to ZINC.

You Gotta Love Verizon Tech Support

I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with three different technicans and a supervisor. They all asked the same questions over, and over, and over. I finally told them that they needed to get someone out to LagunaBeat to do the same tests with their own laptop computer because they didn't believe me. You don't ask the same things over and over if you believe the person in the first place.

At one point a supervisor informed me it was the browser's fault! This was after they said it was my wireless router's fault. Also it was my fault because I did something to my computer.

An hour after saying good-bye to Verizon support the Internet is back at LagunaBeat. Gee? I wonder what they found. I didn't do anything. So maybe Verizon fixed their problem. I told them the first time I called it was their problem. You think they believed me? Of course not. I don't think they believed me through this entire screw-up.

We Have No Internet Service

Here at Lagunabeat.com we use Verizon Internet Service. It has stopped working and Verzion, as always, blames the customer for the down service. We have had to go to the library to get online.

Until Verizon fixes the problem we will not be posting. We do have photos including one from Jim Nordstorm.

How long it will take Verizon to fix it's own problem is anyone's guess.

Until then LagunaBeat is on vacation.

One hour makes a big difference. At 7AM the weather appeared to be a repeat of Wednesday. Now it looks like it will be clear, brisk, and a bit cold. But still a very nice day.
