Holy Ugly Palette Batman!

Weird! Just plain weird. It's mounted in the same location every year. It's past ugly, it's just plain weird. We think someone from the Laguna Beach Museum likes this thing. It's mounted just up the street from the museum on PCH. Maybe we could get it mounted in the museum.
