Rules! All Those Stinking Rules!

Late-night carousing in coves near homes is target of Boyd proposal to ban people at sites from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Sounds like a rich people rule. They build giant, ugly buildings on cliffs above the beach then construct terraces and walkways to the beach that destroy the natural appearance of the area. Fight to keep out lifeguard towers. And now they want to limit your time at the beach. I especially dislike the 6 AM limit. Many people, like myself, get up early to walk the beach and to have a bunch of lazy snobs tell me I have to wait until 6 AM because I will disturb them is non-sense. We have more important problems to solve.

Proposal to set a curfew for beaches in North Laguna that are bordered by residential uses in order to provide relief from anti-social behavior

Mayor Boyd I have one question for you. What is anti-social behavior? Me I consider smokers to be anti-social. Do you?
