Mayor Boyd's curfew was killed. The council agreed unanimously to withdraw the curfew.

The council did approve a smoking ban in Heisler Park. Mayor Boyd voted against the BAN on smoking. The Mayor smokes, and smokes, and smokes, and smokes, and well you get the picture. The Mayor couldn't get past his own bad habit to consider the public good.
