Lease Me, Please.

Is this space on Broadway still for lease because:
1. The economy sucks.
2. The lease price sucks.
3. The city hasn't been happy with the type of product or the brand so the lease has been denied.

We like to think it's 3 but whatever it's still empty. Its neighbor is also empty.
